Environmental-health preparedness · Mahalapye

EcoHealth Guardian

Built for Mmaphashalala, Mookane and Palla Road—communities near the developing Jindal Mmamabula integrated coal-mine and thermal-power project—using regional air-quality evidence and local weather context for transparent preparedness review.

Decision support—not a public warning service. Monitoring is relevant because of the communities’ proximity to the developing project. The prototype does not attribute emissions to Jindal, assess compliance or establish health effects. Regional model estimates are not village sensors or Botswana regulatory measurements.
